Upon arrival

Press badges (pink) can be collected from the Accreditation Desk. Subject to availability, they grant access for members of the press accredited by the Festival’s Press Service to all screenings and to the WiFi-Café Orange.

The Accreditation Desk is located within the WiFi-Café Orange, inside the Publicis building, at 133 Avenue des Champs-Élysées. It is open 9 to 16 June, from 10 am to 8:30 pm.

Picking up your Festival Bag

The Festival Bag will be issued when you collect your press badge. It contains the 2015 Catalogue and other Festival and partners’ publications.

Invitations

Invitations have to be collected from the Accreditation Desk. They are strictly personal, named and non-transferable. They grant access only to the specified screening or event.

Press Access

Red Carpets & Photo-calls
Access to Red Carpets and Photo-calls is granted only upon presentation of a pink badge and an accompanying Red Carpet Pass, distributed by the Festival’s Press Service.

Photo-calls are strictly limited to accredited photographers (pink badge). They are held before every screening where members of the filmmaking team will be present. The Festival photographers (red badges) have priority in terms of placement. Any remaining places will be allocated by a draw.

Terrasse Publicis
Acces to the Terrasse Publicis for holders of pink badges is granted only upon presentation of a Daily Pass. It is distributed by the Festival’s Press Service.

Espace Médias

WiFi-Café Orange
The Festival provides journalists with access to the WiFi-Café Orange, equipped with unlimited and free WiFi.

Within the WiFi-Café these facilities are also available: a charging station for electronic devices, a printer, and power outlets. Bilingual personnel are available to help you.

Access to screenings & events

For every screening you wish to attend you’ll need to collect your free ticket at the box office of the corresponding cinema (subject to availability), upon presentation of your badge or your invitation.

Screenings & Events with Special Access rules

The following Events are subject to Special Access rules:

– Opening Night: only on presentation of an invitation.

– Charity Evening for Les Toiles Enchantées: via the dedicated box office. No badge or invitation access.

– Professional Programmes screenings: US in Progress Paris and Paris Coproduction Village are restricted to holders of Professional badges (Yellow or Purple).

– Closing Ceremony: access granted to Accreditation badge or invitation holders. No ticket sales. Festival Pass holders can book a seat, subject to availability (200).

– Closing Party (Club 79): holders of red, blue-red, yellow, black, green and purple badges have access to the Party upon presentation of their badge. Press badge holders (pink) must contact the Press Service for an invitation.
200 invitations are distributed to the Festival Pass holders (blue badges) who attend the Closing Ceremony.

Publications Officielles

The 2015 Catalogue
This bilingual catalogue presents the complete Official Selection (Competition, Parallel Sections, Events). It is included in every Festival bag, given to badge holders (Accreditations & Festival Pass).
The 2015 Catalogue is also available free of charge from 3 June at the CEFF counter at Publicis Cinémas and from 9 June at the Accreditation Desk.

The Programme
This bilingual Programme, in newspaper format, presents the highlights and the basics of the Official Selection. It is distributed three weeks before the Festival starts, in cinema networks, partner shops and press points. It is also available from 3 June at the CEFF counter at Publicis Cinémas and from 9 June at the Accreditation Desk.

The Essential
The bilingual leaflet “The Essential” presents the complete screening schedule of the Festival’s Official Selection, for every day of the Festival. Conceived as a handy companion, it includes a complete film index wtih colour coding to identify screenings according to their category.
It is issued three weeks before the Festival starts in cinema networks, partner shops and press points. It is also available from 3 June at the CEFF counter at Publicis Cinémas and from 9 June at the Accreditation Desk.
Professional Programmes Catalogue.

This document in English is distributed exclusively to US in Progress Paris, Paris Coproduction Village and Round Tables participants. The Professional Programs Catalogue contains all the necessary information regarding the speakers and films presented.
