After the death of his brother in arms Sofiane, paratrooper Jérémy comes back from Central Africa to a mother who doesn't know how to cope with her son's sorrow. As life slowly returns to normal, Jérémy is still haunted by his friend's death.

Marie Rosselet-Ruiz is 27 years old and grew up far from the film industry. She wanted to pursue an acting career before focusing on writing and filmmaking. In 2017, she directed a film within the collection "Dans Mon Hall" before joining La Fémis' Résidence. Le ciel est clair is her second short film.
