After studying cinema and philosophy in Paris, Katell Quillévéré created with Sébastien Bailly in 2004 Les Rencontres du moyen métrage de Brive. In 2005, her first short film À bras le corps was presented at the Directors ‘Fortnight in Cannes and selected at the 2007 edition of the Césars. She was again present at the Directors’ Fortnight in 2010 with her first feature film, Un poison violent. whoch also won the Jean Vigo award. His latest feature, Réparer les vivants, was selected in competition at the Venice Film Festival in 2016.
