Alone, driving my truck, I travel around France to meet strangers.
From the mountains to the countryside, by way of the seaside, I record, photograph and paint on Plexiglas the strangers I meet by chance.
A portrait gallery from which the ghosts of existence resurface. A library of memories, faces and "I love you’s", three words of nothing.

Originally from the Perche region, Paola Valentin works with painting, photography and video. As a performer, she painted and projected her creations live (Et tu n'es pas revenu by Marceline Loridan-Ivens). Afterwards, she trained as an actor and joined the Cours Florent and the Conservatoire National de Lille (École du Nord). She contributed to the scenography of several shows.
Trois mots de rien is her first documentary.
