On the edge of a mangrove, a group of girls lives to the rhythm of the climate and the wild geese around them. They see each other live and grow up at different ages. As time passes, tensions arise and rivalries develop.
Born in 1989, Clémence Bouchereau studied drawing at the Emile-Cohl school and made Aux gambettes gourmandes, her first short film which gave her a taste for movement and cinema and confirmed her desire to write and put stories into images.
She continued her studies at the Ecole de la Poudrière where she directed Ride Away. At the end of her studies, she began working with Anne-Sophie Giraud on Chloé Herzeele, which will be completed in autumn 2019.
Clémence's films are objects in motion, drawn a little removed from the world, somewhere where cinematic art meets craft.
