In her small apartment in the outskirts of Paris, Mrs. PHAM, an old Vietnamese woman, lives a shutt-off life since the death of her husband. When her new personal carer disrupts her habits and comfort, Mrs. PHAM withdraws into herself. Yet, they gradually form a bond.

Stéphane LY-CUONG studied cinema at the Paris-8 University, Brooklyn College and the Femis. He directed several short films, including La Jeune fille et la tortue, Paradisco as well as a music video with Laura SMET. He also writes and directs musicals, including Les Nouveaux romantiques, Edges or Cabaret jaune citron.
