Champs-Élysées Film Festival offers a selection of classic French and American films in restored versions. The audience is invited to discover or rediscover these rare, unknown or cult films.
A new addition to this edition, the Student Jury will award a Student Label to one of the distributors of the eight films screened in the (Re)discoveries section. In an attempt to show the footbridge between French and American cinematographies, Champs-Elysées Film Festival chose to create a Franco-American student jury made up of three students from the Sorbonne and three students from the American University in Paris. Modern-day film lovers, future players of the cultural industry, these six jury members will take a fresh look at these classics that belong to the history of film and the culture of both countries.
