ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Raphaël Rebibo is an author, director, producer and distributor. In 1970 he graduated from the Jerusalem Film and Photography Institute. 
 
He was the executive producer of Igaal Niddam first feature film The Third Cry, and Louis Grospierre’s feature film Les Divorcés (Le Haut Mal).
 
He directed The Arrest starring Bernard LeCoq and Catherine Lachens, Forced Witness (Edut Me’Ones) starring Anat Atzmon, and the cult Israeli classic A Place by The Sea (Makom L’Yad Hayam) starring Anat Zahor and Alon Aboutboul.

He has distributed many films, including two Golden Palms: Padre Padrone by the Taviani Brothers and When Father Was Away on Business by Emir Kusturica as well as Do You Remember Dolly Bell? by Emir Kusturica and Yes, Giorgio starring Pavarotti (the only screen performance of the great tenor), produced by MGM.
